This past fiscal year (FY25), we've made significant strides towards our strategic goals:
· Secured space to conduct our training, workshops and community initiatives.
· Piloted our Fresh Foundation Housing Project to support our clients with training and move in costs.
· Obtained MacBooks to support our Let's Get Technical program.
· Strengthened our partnerships with local businesses and reentry organizations, creating more opportunities and resources for our clients.

· Implementing our new Fresh Foundation Housing project
· Collaborating with the Department of Youth Services to expand our 3 Pounds of Pressure youth mentorship program
· Developing a digital literacy curriculum to enhance our clients' technological skills
· Launching a legal training program to educate our clients on their rights and responsibilities
· We're also exploring future partnerships with local community colleges to provide educational opportunities for our clients and will continue to collaborate with Northeastern University college radio station to strengthen our relationship with the community and provide a safe space for discussions around reentry

· Expanded our My Successful Blueprint business and finance training program, resulting in a 30% increase in successful job placements and over a dozen clients became business owners
· Established an emergency help line
· Launched our PICS and Let’s Get Technical program connecting our clients and loved ones with mental health professionals, education and resources
· Strengthened our partnerships with local businesses and reentry organizations, creating more opportunities and resources for our clients
