Our Fellow Program provides transformative opportunities for formerly incarcerated individuals seeking to rebuild their lives and contribute to society. Over a two-year period, fellows develop essential reintegration skills including professional communication, event organization, and public speaking. Participants gain hands-on experience by representing our organization at community events, coordinating outreach initiatives, and sharing their stories to advocate for systemic change.
